Temps are brutally cold. Luckily I didn't have to go out today. DH took DD to school today. It's making it's way around the family. DH has been sick since Thursday, DD came home from school sick. I was hoping she would wait until next week, it's vacation. DS is next. Still feeling like crap. Antibiotics are making me nauseous, cough stuff they gave me really isn't working and makes me sleepy. One of my eyes has been all watery and scratchy, hope it's not turning into conjunctivitis.

Sorry Goopy isn't having a good day. Hope tomorrow is better.

Sounds awful. Sounds like your house needs to be quarantined! And...your weather is getting worse, right? Freezing rain/ice/snow tonight? I haven't watched a lot of weather today; just a few short news stories. DH has a problem with antibiotics too; maybe call the doctors office and see if they can put you on a different kind. As for the cough stuff...it's suppose to make you sleepy ...but it's also suppose to WORK! I've had that same problem with my eyes too when I've had a bad cold...it "settles" in the eyes and drives you crazy! Maybe the best thing for you is chicken soup and hot toddy's! Goopy's been sleeping all day; it's almost feeding time and he get's his antibiotic at 11...NOT looking forward to that ordeal again!

I wish it was warmer, I would open all the windows and air out all the germs. I've been spraying with Lysol and wiping everything down with wipes but obviously it didn't help. Snowing out pretty good right now.

Nope...once that stuff starts in a family it's pretty much a given everyone will get it. I checked your weather earlier and it said "100% SNOW"...don't think you'll be opening those windows for a while! (Goopy licked his bowl clean tonight but discovered the little toot had spit his antibiotic pill out this morning ...DH saw it in the back of his crate. No problem with his heart pill tonight but he doesn't mind taking those. )

So sorry you all are sick! I was watching your horrible weather on the TV. I don't suppose you get sick leave..... Good time to be looking at the want ads. Do you have monster.com up here?
