Hectic morning! Imagine my surprise when I woke up and saw the temperature was 54! NOAA radio woke me 3 times during the night with severe weather warnings but we were lucky...cold air and rain. Had to take DD's car to the tire shop in this mess to get a leaky valve fixed but now I'm ready to get on with my last minute packing.

Denise found the shop with these strange light fixtures...the Crown and Crest :

I'll take your 54 degrees. It was 25 here this morning and its 44 right now. It's been unusually warm lately. It's been highs in the low 50's for the past week. Mornings have been cold but the afternoon has been nice. Although I don't like it being dark now at 4:30/5:00.

I actually thought about you when I felt the "cold" ..."this is above normal for Diane"! At least you're not dealing with a blizzard (yet) like Colorado! Our high yesterday was upper 70's; knew it was getting cooler but wasn't expected the fogged windows in the garage this morning! Our darkness sets in about 5:30 and I like it...I can start hanging Christmas lights sooner.

I've got you all beat - my sunset it at 4:10! Sunrise at 7:04. And I got snow last night. It's melting and slushy out there now at 36. Supposed to be cold and wet this week and I have 2 rehearsals, 6 lessons and 3 concerts this week....
