GOOD for Mom & Dad...Redstorm would be SOOOOOO JEALOUS! Her Christmas request from Mimi & Pappy is a team jersey. (Thank you Amazon ...it's in the box ready to be wrapped and she will be SO excited! ) Brazil IS good for those "Oscar performances" ...and they teach them "young". We saw some of that from one of the teams from Brazil last year at the Disney soccer tournament. Ed was in Epcot yesterday too. What a nice treat they've given themselves! And YOU...NICE birthday gift for you! Hopefully the "weather Gods" will cooperate and you won't be stranded in Boston!

Mom actually dug out an old Christmas gift of mine....a 1998 Mia Hamm replica jersey!! Even though I was much younger, I guess the only size they could find was an adult medium, so I still have it. Mom was glad I'd left it at their house so she could take it to the game.

If you are just going to Disneyland while you are in SoCal, you will end up leaving the car parked at the hotel all week. Easier to walk the 15 min to the park than to deal with/pay for parking and a shuttle from the parking lot. I take a taxi from the airport to the hotel but then I fly into John Wayne. Never LAX Then I take the shuttle from the hotel when returning to the airport.

What a great place for your birthday!! The Blue Bayou is such a great restaurant! And they don't have anything like it at DW. Make sure you get a Monte Cristo either there or at Cafe Orleans. They are delicious and they don't have them in DW.

We're planning on walking anyway, but it's nice to have the freedom of a car just in case. We had to fly into LAX because we used Joe's JetBlue points and that's the only airport they use. And our hotel has free parking, so we're not paying for it to sit at least.

Oh I can't EVER tell Redstorm you have that jersey! I got a "personalized" one but can't tell you who in case she checks in on WITW. I had to order an adult medium too but shouldn't be to big for her...she's grown SO much this year...she can already "look down" on me and youngest DD. Good for Mom...what a treat!

We keep thinking warm thoughts, since our connection is in Boston in January....the good thing is they cope much better with snow than here in NC!

Jeff is right...never to late! Seems like everyone but ME had this picture ! All I can say, in defense, is you've never been to the MK with my 2 DGD's...hurry, hurry, HURRY! Enjoy this trip Jeff...next time you take James he'll be pulling you hand to hurry and get busy with the attractions!
