I have a shorter week, I didn't go to work today. It was supposed to be really hot and sunny today temps were supposed to be 93, I thought I would enjoy the day by the pool. So I called in and said I wasn't feeling well. Well I do have a headache, does that count. The sun was out this morning and it looked like it was going to be a great day and now there is NO SUN, it's all cloudy. I should have waited until tomorrow when it will probably be nice and sunny. I never call in sick when I'm not but it is just so bad there now I stopped caring.

Sorry it clouded up but any day you are not at work is a good day!

Yes we do ALL have a short week but the activities really "kick in" and even with only 4 days it will be a l-o-n-g one! Sorry about the cloudy day Diane ... wish it were cloudy here. It's been miserable the past 4-5 days with heat/humidity but expected cool front Thursday or Friday will hopefully bring us some relief. My week started with oversleeping (both of us ... and DH NEVER oversleeps) and then the rush to get to College Station for a 10 AM doctors appointment for DH. But...after that was taken care of (for now) I went new camera shopping. Got a fantastic deal on a $400 Panasonic that (according to online ratings) is suppose to be awesome when taking sports photos. Ended up paying only $140 for it after the sale price and discount I had. I'm going to try it out...have 30 days to return it...and see if it lives up to the ratings; if not, back to square one in my search for a new camera before DW.

Great deal on the camera. Hope you don't have to return it. I don't know anything about Panasonic. I have a Canon and love it.
