MK?

Great deal on the camera.:thumbsup2 Hope you don't have to return it. I don't know anything about Panasonic. I have a Canon and love it.

I had a Canon and 3 Sony's on my "list"...never thought of a Panasonic but at that price...and being able to use it 30 days...it was a "no brainer" to try it. It has WAY to many "bells and whistles" than what I wanted so I'll need to spend a lot of time "playing". DH is looking at the enclosed DVD and one young man posted a picture he took of a small AIRPLANE...the propellers are "frozen"! DGD has a volleyball game Thursday night...need to figure some things out by then so I can see how it's going to work. Time will tell! :rotfl: :tink:

Let me have some more thoughts...this is not from Dumbo. :goodvibes :tink:

Thanks for the welcome! To be honest, I think Merida is a seriously underrated princess. She deserves more attention! :thumbsup2

Oh YES...she does deserve more attention! I think her character shows our little girls they CAN do anything! Glad to say she was a hit with both DGD's too! :tink:

...and  to you again too. How's school going? We're in "full swing" again here. :woohoo:

No Ma'am...not from Barnstormer. :tink:
Storybook circus?

Thanks! School is going okay, I had my first day back in an elementary classroom today, so that was nice, I missed it a lot.

The past few days have been kind of rough. Every year my church takes some high schoolers to North Carolina for a servant event. We all become really close with others from around the U.S. as we spend two weeks together. On Friday a guy I worked really close with on one of the trips got killed in a motorcycle accident. My dad and I both knew him, his mom, and his sister. He was one of the nicest guys I have ever met, it's hard to believe this would happen.

 I'm so sorry. Been in that position too...one of our band kids, the son of one of my best friends, was killed in an auto accident the November of his senior year. I remember it like yesterday. I was getting ready to leave the house for our monthly band booster meeting when another friend called and told me to get over to Cindy's house NOW. His death was confirmed while I was there. I had to leave shortly thereafter and it was not easy conducting that meeting. :sad1: Upon arrival I asked to see the director, alone, in his office and told him but the family wasn't ready for the "general public" to know. I had to hold that meeting and act like nothing was wrong. Very difficult time and the only thing I can say to you is "it will get better". I still take a red rose to Chris's grave every Christmas Eve...and we "talk". One of the hardest of "life's lessons" to deal with at your young age. :tink:

So sorry to hear about your friend :grouphug: I hate death! So sad when people die young like that!
