I am so bored at work today. Just waiting for it to be time to go home. Done all my work for the day. No other work to be done. Nobody really works too hard here. My boss doesn't feel like taking calls again today so all calls have to go to her voice mail. Day 3 of that and she doesn't call anyone back.plus we have a new phone system that is so not user friendly and since we got it my phone keeps going dead and I lose the call. That's happened about 5 times so far today. This has been going on now for a month, you think they would do something about it maybe get me a new/different phone.

My boss does this sometimes. The worst was when she had about 50 people call a DAY in regards to a trip we had advertised, and she just let them all go to voicemail and didn't call a single one back. She ended up giving me the password and had me call them back. I don't mind helping, but at the same time I'm paid to be a travel agent, not a secretary....
