Had to pop over to cool off.....I just got done dealing with the customer from you know where. She's been nothing but Little Miss Prissypants (in my head I'm eliminating the R) from the first day she called and I answered the phone. And I'm always the "lucky" one who gets her calls. At least today she actually purchased something from us rather than complaining....but even my manager had to walk away. After the customer left she turns to me and says "I'm a nonviolent person, and she made me want to cause her bodily harm"

At least I have my Dis friends to vent to. Seriously though, some people in the world

Ohhhh Annie...do I know EXACTLY what you're talking about! Son-in-law is dealing with a couple now that I have been FORBIDDEN to "approach" ! We live a short block from the county jail but family members DON'T want to make that walk to visit me! Vent away...that's a true "benefit" of our WITW family...we're here to listen. (At least you manager feels the same way! )

THANKS Diane...Mickey & Minnie always make me smile! I've been reminiscing this afternoon and thoughts go to "if ONLY we'd known"! It's been an amazing journey but WAY to many unexpected obstacles at times! Guess that's what keeps us together...we know we couldn't make it alone!
