See this is where we're opposites. I can't stand football, but I get downright rabid during basketball season. I remember back when I had braces I always picked colors that matched whatever holiday was in that month, and come March I asked for blue and white. The girl looked shocked and said "Not green?" I told her nope, it was March Madness and I had to support my Blue Devils!!

But then again, I'm also one of the 4 people in NC that also follow Indycar racing religiously. Hard to find other fans in the heart of NASCAR country

Annie...this is what our soccer girls (most of them) were doing instead of watching basketball.

Can't say I entirely blame them. I like basketball, but I do have to have some investment in the teams. If it's people I've never heard of, I'd probably do the same thing. Not to say a couple of road races this season haven't had the same effect

Awwww THANKS! I almost forgot ; we'd talked earlier in the week about going out for dinner and then "life" got in the way! I looked at the calendar on the way to bed last night and went...OH...it's our anniversary! After 43 years...well ; it IS nice to look back "to the beginning....".

Annie's extra "naps" during the road races this season refreshed her mind! Yes Ma'am...I FINALLY road Tower of Terror again and got some pictures! Youngest DGD kept telling me, "Mimi...please don't die on this ride!!!"
