I came in here this morning and there was a BAT on the wall above me!! One of those rare moments when I sort of wish I had a man around

I had to put on my "big girl panties" get up on a chair and box the bat

So, I guess I didn't need a man after all!

Reminds me of the time there was a bat in DH (DBF at the time)apartment. It was his first apartment so it was a long time ago. The landlady painted the window sills and left the winddow open, we didn't know it at the time so I am there alone and all of a sudden this thing starts flying toward me, I thought it was a bird at first then I realized it was a bat. I got scared and ran out of the apartment. The door was one that you could open from the inside even though it was locked so I just ran out locking myself out. Had to wait for Don to get home he came home to find me sitting on the steps. We went in and found the cat had gotten the bat. Bat was dead on the floor and the cat was sitting beside it.

Oh my Denise...first a snake, now a bat. I think maybe the universe is telling you to stay OUT of your kitchen! Diane...I can laugh WITH you on running. I had one "buzz" me late one evening when I was in the pool . I made it into the house in record time leaving my towel, book, drink, radio...EVERYTHING on the pool deck!

I knew you could solve this one since you just LOVE our restroom crops! This is from Innoventions West...is that not the coolest restroom yet? As soon as we walked in I told DD I HAD to take a picture for Jeff of this mirror "mirroring" the tiles....
