The wheel doesn't look big enough to be on a vehicle, is it some sort of cart? Inside or outside?

what about a maid's cart?

The colors have me puzzled! Is it from a float or one of the individuals like the butterfly ladies or the fish?

3:50-4:15~get homework done
4:30~take Little bit to her dance class
4:45~pick Redstorm up from 6th grade band practice
5:00~drop Redstorm off for her gear before leaving with her mother for soccer practice with her Sugarland team
5:40~pick Little Bit up from her dance class
6:00~drop her off at the gym for private gymnastics lesson
6:30~pick her up from gym
6:40~drop her off at dance studio for evening Company practice
7:35~pick her up from dance studio
7:45~FINALLY...dinner
8:15~take her home to shower and get ready for bed
9:15~BEDTIME ... and baked 4 dozen cookies for the BISD Band fundraiser this Saturday. I'm glad this Thursday is done ...

Thanks Diane...but you and I both know, the REAL "hazard" here is having to take care of a sick husband! Men are always SO much sicker than women!

GOOD thinking on the accessible pool chairs; but no. Not any type of chair.
