MK ... hope things are getting better at work! Denise and I were wondering if your "Ms. Grumpy" had eased up any!

No Mrs. Grumpy never lets up. Apparently I am too stupid to verify an address. She tells me she is too busy to take 'nonsense calls' so I should handle them so one of our insurance companies called to verify an address so I helped them but then got "the e-mail" scolding me that those calls should go to her to be sure they are done correctly. I can't handle checking an address and answering yes it is correct. DH says I should just laugh at it and not to take her seriously.

Is yours from the Monorail or a parking lot tram? Maybe a parade?

Yes I am looking. There is not much around where I live. A few part time jobs working less hours than I work now. I did find a perfect job but it's an hour away too far for me.

So sorry...maybe she needs to go to Disney World to get a dose of "happiness"! An hours drive IS pretty far to drive twice a day! What's so hard about verifying an address??? Gee...that's what office staff is SUPPOSE to do; take care of the minor details of running an office to leave time for HER to do the "important" things! DH is probably right and it sure is fun to smile and say "yes Ma'am" when your "insides" are saying..."*****"!

.....only NOW we turn it around and it says "it's midnight...where are your PARENTS! When I sent DD a text about my Tuesday activities (HS~AK~back to HS and then over to Epcot) she said WHAT??? How in the world did you do all of that and your still awake (it was ONLY 11:30pm! )

Glad you got to VA safe. The next part hopefully is going to be very safe for you. After watching the weather reports about the snow fall out that way.

I saw those same reports. Doesn't look like the return weather for Denise will be as nice as the traveling east weather was!

Yes I did get some good pics. Going to use the 24-70 lens now to get up close pics of everything I can.

I have to give a great big THANK YOU to Sharon for helping me with the surprise meet. I had sent her a PM asking about when you were going to meet up and where.

To be perfectly honest...I was wondering about all those texts she was sending and receiving!

It was great meeting you and Denise. Just wish there was a lot more time to play around the parks than the few hours.

Me to! To be perfectly honest though, I was "dragging" by the end of the evening! I sat down outside to enjoy my Diet Coke when I returned to the resort. When I stood up to go to my room, I told the lady I was visiting with...I feel like the "little engine that could"! "I think I can...I think I can....."

You know that this will be a 2 part want list. Part 1 is getting the camera and part 2 is you have to test it out in Disney Denise and I will help you learn how to use it.

You bet! But...after my visit to the dentist yesterday (I got off the plane at noon and my regular 6 month checkup was scheduled for 4 in the afternoon ) that may be staying on that "I want list" for a lot longer than I want it to be there!

We definitely have to set up a WITW meet in the future. How far out and which month would work will be the questions. Everyone start posting your thoughts. My thoughts are it makes no difference to me. I am just a hop skip and a jump away. For the youngin's .... I am not that far away

Jeff, Diane, Heather, Annie...ANY other WITW players...start thinking about this! I keep a continuous DW savings account..pay into that sucker like I pay my monthly utility bill! Give me a years notice and I'll be there with "bells on"!

BUSY start to a BUSY weekend. Homecoming activities this evening; the Brahmas beat the #1 team in our district, 24-21, that was in doubt until the final 45 seconds ; DGD Redstorm is off now on her first "date" to the annual Jr. High Homecoming Dance at our church (son-in-law is chaperoning! All the soccer Mom's volunteered him...much to DGD's embarrassment ); had to get last minute things done for the Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament tomorrow AND had to get my "bye hugs" from both DGD's...they leave at 10 in the morning for their trip to DW! They'll be at Bay Lake and a family group of 15 from Bellville will be at CR...annual Mom's/Kids family trip and youngest DGD is ecstatic that some of her friends will be "right next door"

What a nice looking bunch! I can't figure out how Sharon and family are still looking so "rested" after being "on the road" for 2-3 weeks already! Fran and Alison as well but they haven't been traveling quite as long. Didn't get to meet the rest of the group but looks like a fun bunch! So glad the cruise went well; looking forward to those photos!

Annie...it was SUCH a fun time! Getting to know and actually SEE people we've "known and played with" for, in some cases years, was such an experience! I think most of us will need a little more than a 6 months notice though ; damn "regular life bills" always interfere with how I want to spend my money!
