I played soccer for 12 years, and managed to escape without injury (unless you count my teammate bumping my water bottle during halftime during indoor season and splitting my lip). In the beginning, I did sit down, but I was looking for 4 leaf clover! I do understand how rough it can get though. I was very lucky to have a PE teacher in elementary school who taught us how to roll when we fall, so I never tried to catch myself, but there were many games where the next day I felt like my ribs were bruised from all the elbows that were thrown.
As to your crop, is it Big Thunder?
park?
MK?
You WERE very lucky getting out with only a busted lip!
Redstorm knows the whole "roll routine" and has done it SO many times...just one of those "not thinking" moves that messed her up! As for the bruised ribs...lots of those already!
I LOVE watching the 3-4 year old "games"; we always call them the "Chinese fire drills"
...those little kids are SO CUTE!

Sorry to hear about DGD arm. That is not fun. Should I put a cast on one of the arms supporting the umbrella hat?
I thought that too. My problem also was that I was the only girl on a "coed" team, so not like it was ever passed to me. I would always stick the clover in my shinguard. Of my right foot, because that's the foot I kicked with. (At least until freshman year of high school, when I sprained my right ankle. Then I learned to play with both feet)
My chemistry teacher called it "amoeba ball." Which I thought was a particularly accurate description. My dad coached an 8 year old team in his last years of coaching (he coached my girls' team from the time we formed), and it was soooo different watching them.
Is it in the AK?
I guess the only thing left is AK?
what about from Asia? EE?

Oh the little ones are so cute. They all go for the ball at once and just kick it doesn't matter where it goes as long as they kick it.
You'll have to put a p;astic bag over DGD'S cast and tape it up so she can go in the pool. Can't swim but at least she'll be able to go in the pool just hold the arm out of the water.

Well it didn't take long to mess up the protocol.
Yes it is a park and yes it is in EPCOT.
