Not from "Year of a Million Dreams" but it IS a banner/decoration. It is from "Celebrate a Dream Come True".

I couldn't think off ANY of the promotional themes last night! I knew there was one with "dreams"...it just would't "click"!

Oh yay! Okay, what about the walls of the inside area where they do/did the meet and greets with Pocahantas, Jimminy Cricket, etc?

My other guess would be the backdrop of one of the little animal enclosures they have in there.
