we moved from dundee when i was about 2, but when i was a lot younger and at school, in the summer holidays i used to go and see my relatives in dundee for 2 weeks and then i would go to perth to see my aunt, uncle and cousins for the next 4 weeks, my uncle owned a farm and we would do the berry picking, have some wonderful memories of my childhood there. my dad worked on the oil rigs so he would drop us off and then pick us up on the way back

I was brought up in Billingham near Middlesbrough but left there to do my nurse training in Colchester, married a soldier and moved around. We got divorced 10 years ago and I now live in Peterborough with my 2nd husband! Took us both a while to settle here but now feel at home!

We moved to Stoke on Trent last year from Bognor Regis. Hubbys family are in Littlehampton and my family live in Slough!

Nothing wrong with Slough, like many places it has good and bad areas, but it seems that the media fixate on the bad. I only live 2 miles from there and have many friends who I've known over the years who still live there. Did you live in Slough?

Born and bred in Prestwick in Ayrshire, just very recently moved to Ayr. Still less than a mile from Prestwick though, as the house is only 'just' in Ayr.

To be honest I grew up in Slough and loved it. When my parents moved us it took me a long time to settle in Sussex as there seemed to be nothing to do! Actually I dont think I really settled in Sussex at all, although I am fond of it I am more of a city girl.

I went to school at Woodside in Wexham, it's a small world. Think I'd prefer to live in Sussex as at least you;re near the sea. I do love the shops in Windsor though.

I live in Datchet but have been to Swindon on many occasions to watch the ice hockey and shop in the outlet mall.
