I thought it was on the trim of the roof on the structure in the front left of that picture. It looks like a round building to me but, I don't know what it is.

It is in the new Fantasy Fair and it is not part of a building.

Here even more of a hint... I zoomed up on my big picture and noticed that it may actually be attached to the wall. I'm guessing for safety. They wouldn't want it to fall on a child.

I'm the one who found that picture and have starred at it but, can't figure it out. I haven't been to the new Fantasy Fair so I'm at a disadvantage. I wish Melanie would check in though. I bet she would know it!
