yes, you need to be outside of NOS, but you will pass it as you enter NOS.
cannot be seen from adventureland or frontierland.
scenery is outside.

I didn't think you were being grumpy, and I'm sorry if I came off defensive or snippy or anything. I just worry that if I answer too many others won't want to play, and if others don't play then I don't get to play, and I really don't want to be the reason why I don't get to play.
