Oh ok that was the other place I thought. Man my kids are better than me. My daughter said oh that is the character meet where you meet Mickey! She got it and I didn't. But fyi the tour gardens are on the left hand side right after you enter under the left tunnel. There is a little kiosk that says tours and a pretty little garden area and that is where you meet for walking tours and also where you "used" to have lunch on the walk in walt's footsteps but not sure if they still do it there.

And it is right next to City Hall. This is across by the mad hatter. Mickey stands under that trellis and of course other characters too. Good one.
