We have just extended our stay an extra day and will not be going to a park on day....

What is the best NON-park place for breakfast

have you tried spoodles on the boardwalk for breakfast? excellent! where are you staying? many of the resorts have excellent restaurants that serve breakfast. kona cafe at the poly is very yummy; trail's end buffet at FW is great too. olivia's serves a wonderful breakfast. boatwright's at POR is a good choice also. hope this helps! not much longer now....

We will be staying at Pop the first night then moving over to Contemporary before the rest of our party arrives. Ideally I would like to eat at one of the Magic Kingdom Resorts so we can take a bus from pop to MK then to eat then contemporary.

My favorite breakfast is the character breakfast at the Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club - it's always fresh, relatively quiet and the characters interaction is unhurried and relaxed. We go there every trip on our last day.

Kona Cafe is pretty good. Always wanted to try Olivia's as well...

I have eaten at both Chef Mickeys for breakfast and at the Kona Cafe. Both are excellent!! Just different types of food. Chef Mickeys is a buffet breakfast. Hashbrowns are really good, so were the omlets, actually everything there was really good. At the Kona Cafe I had the tonga toast and that was really good as well. If you are going for atmosphere, I would eat a Kona Cafe. You can't beat the Poly for that. Chef Mickeys is a character meal.

Kona's for breakfast, OUTSTANDING.

Having tried many, our favorite for food, service, selection, and character interaction is still 1900 Park Fare. Even if we didn't care for the characters, we'd go for the food.

It's a great way to start a MK day ;)

Well it is now official, I've chosen Whispering Canyon. I had seen the restaurant on the "Great Hotels" with Racheal Ray and thought the ketchup gag was a riot. I also have never been over to Wilderness Lodge so this should give us some time to walk around. Thank you everyone so much. I really appreciate all your help

we love Boma, and it's like a mini-vacation to spend time looking around the resort

We didn't care for Boatwrights all that much. It was the same food court food, at sit down prices.

Chef Mickey's is fun, but loud and a bit chaotic (as other character meals).
I often fell a little rushed at the character meals too.

WL's Roaring forks is mild fun in a pretty setting. Good food. Crisp waffles (although not Mickey shaped). Nice resort to walk around, ride the shuttle boat off the back side if you've got time to relax.

Another place we enjoyed was Coronado Spring's Pepper Market. Best of the moderates, IMHO. It's more of an upscale food court setting, but they have some nice unique items - Southwest style breakfast, fresh fruit. Good quality food. The theming is cute, and a stroll around the lake after is quite nice, maybe rent a boat.

A small spot for a quiet breakfast at your own pace is the quick eat place at GF. Again, simple, inexpensive, but sit outside, and you get a view of the castle in a quiet pretty setting. For the price it can't be beat. You can relax, and take as long as you want - no wait staff coming around.

Absolutely, without a doubt: Boma. Definitely.

Best. Breakfast. Ever.

(Get the Frunch!)

Our favorites are Spoodles, Boma and Kona Cafe. All 3 serve a wonderful breakfast. The french toast at Spoodles is out of this world! :goodvibes
