Where exactly is Guest Services located?

We need to pick up express passes at Guest Services and have ordered some for both IOA & Universal Studios. Could someone please tell me exactly where Guest Services is located, and will I be able to pick up both sets of express passes at one place?

At IOA Guest Services is on the right side after you enter the park. I left my room key in the room and they were kind enough to print me a temp for the day. I think the same holds true for USF but don't hold me to it.
