Where exactly is Bistro de Paris?

I know it's in the France part of WS, but where? I think I'm getting confused with Chefs de France. That's the one with the windows looking out onto the walkway and water right? So where is this other restaurant?

I swear my guidebook says it's upstairs at the other restaurant, but someone here will know for sure.

Wow upstairs? I didn't realise there was an upstairs in use in that building!

I need to look UP next time I'm in WS . I have a PS for Chefs de France lunch in July, I just wondered where this other place was.

The Bistro is directly above Chefs the enterance is in the rear of the building.This is one of our must do places to eat . Tip make PS around 8 pm you can watch illuminations from your table.It's a small quiet and romantic place to dine you can take your time you won't be hurried along,one of the gems in Disney
