Where exactly id the character greeting room at Epcot?

We have yet to ever time the double decker trolly/bus character van...seen it go by many times...but read in a post somewhere about a character meeting place or room...anyone?

In Jan As you go through a tunnel by Innoventions there is a Balloon ball stand and a huge Disney stuff store. You would either go right and into the store or on the other side is a restraunt that is closed down. In there was Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofey and one more can't think. We were able to get some really good pics not long lines.

Does anyone know where the character greeting is for disney visa guests? You present your disney visa and you get a free 5 by 7.

Character Connection is in the breezeway of Innoventions West (heading towards the Land)

The character greeting room is right inside Innoventions. However, it is for Disney Visa cardmembers only. I was disappointed to see this in January while I was there.

Thank you for the info...we are not Disney Visa Card holders...so I understand the photo part, but does that mean we can't go in the room and see the characters? Bummer if that's true...Gives new meaning to must have "good credit" to see Mickey!

Epcot Character Connection-Meet & Greet with some of your favorite VIP characters across from Innoventions West. Daily intermittently from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

This is for all guests. The Disney Visa character meet & greet is different. We've done both.

We were there in February and it was open to everyone. Just look for the big pointing Mickey Hand.

I believe it is certain times that it is only for visa card holders. My visa info says from 1:30 to 4:30 but subject to change.

The Disney Visa character greeting is seperate from the Epcot character connection. We did both on our last trip, and they were in distinct areas of Innoventions. If memory serves, the Visa area was in the Innoventions west closest to Spaceship Earth. I remember seeing a fire truck right before we found the "secret" entrance.

The public character greeting was in Innoventions West closer to the World Showcase. We snapped some of our best pictures. Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, and Chip n' Dale were all there!

If you are the first family there you also get a certificate presented by Mickey (see my siggie below). Everyone else was running over to Soarin and Goofy kept flagging us into the building, so in we went. I had no idea they had characters in there and we had the whole place to ourselves!

Look for this sign - it's to the right of the fountain - near the entrance to Fountainview Bakery and the Balzak stand! Great place.

We have seen at different times - Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Donald, Chip and Dale, Gepetto and Pinocchio. - Sometimes besided the "formal" greeting lines you will find a character or two in the hallway at the back.
