Where EXACTLY are the Disney Visa customer service desks at WDW?

Hi all,

We are here now and I failed to research where to get a redemption card for my Disney Visa in advance. I know at one point I used to be able to get a redemption card at DTD, but I'm not sure exactly where. I asked a CM at OKW today and she had no idea. Does anybody know exactly where I can get a redemption card for my Disney Visa as well as transfer my dollars so I can actually (finally!) spend them? If they are in other parks as well, please let me know and where to go....thanks so much!

Go to City Hall right inside the Magic Kingdom. I've done it there several times.

Pick up a Disney Rewards Redemption Card at these Guest Relations locations (present photo ID and your Disney Rewards® Visa® Card):

• Epcot® Guest Relations
• Disney's Animal Kingdom® Park Guest Relations

You can go to any guest relations window at the parks and they can do it. We got ours redeemed at Epcot.

We lost our rewards card last week...the guy at Earl of Sandwich kept it and we totally forgot to get it back. So I called the 800 # and she cancelled that card, we picked up another at our hotel guest services and they put the balance on a new card. This way we didn't have to make another trip to DTD to get the old one.
