Where do you we check in for our Poly Conc stay....

We are transferring resorts so we won't have our luggage with us.

so do we go to the valet desk, the regular front desk, or the concierge bldg?

You can go straight to the Hawaii Bldg unless it is after 10:00 p.m.

Where do we go in the Hawaii bldg? the 1st floor?

don't we need a key to get in?

Tell the valet that you are concierge they will take you to the concierge building via a golf cart and show you to the concierge desk. Along the way , he will fill you in on where everything is located and some of the history of the Poly.
