Where do you sign up for PINs?

I have a disneyworld.com account, but have never received one. I get them from Universal Orlando, but never Disney. Is there some mailing list I need to sign up for? Thanks!

PINS are given out @ Random.

Nope and they aren't truly random either though it feels like it. Pins are marketing tools and if you meet the criteria for a promotion you get if not, then not. Some years I get none some years several. Just keep looking in the email.
