I'm looking for some new things for my house and I'm getting sick of looking at the same places, there must be someplace I'm missing.

So... where do you guys buy some of the things for your house?

(next I might need to know where everyone likes to shop for clothes, since I'm stuck with that one too ;) )

Home Goods
Expo
The Great Indoors

I was in Hancock Fabrics with DD and noticed that they've started selling some furniture and home accessories.

ditto homegoods and pier 1.
Bed bath and beyond/Linens n' things.
However, I like finding things at little shops for deco as well as the big chain places.

pier 1, ikea, the great indoors, crate and barrel

I like Home Goods but my favorite is Pottery Barn! Also in the next town, Warwick, there is a beautiful furniture store that I have been buying alot of stuff from lately! Also there are a ton of Antique stores around.

Oh and to answer your next question;)
Right now I'm in between sizes, still lossing the weight I gained from my pregnancy:rolleyes: So, now I shop in Old Navy because it is inexpensive. "My" store I shop in when I'm my normal weight is "The Limited".

I do love the Pottery Barn as well, but can't say that I shop there. However, I do plan on redecoratinng our living room and I have started to collect pages from the PB catalog that we get for ideas.

Most of my holiday decorations I get at Target.

I like Crate & Barrel, Bed Bath & Beyond, Linens & Things and Pottery Barn.

That is too funny!! I too pull pages out of Pottery Barn all the time!! I love that place! The color schemes are awesome. And everything always looks homey and comfey.

I want to wake up everyday and feel like im living in Pottery Barn

5 kids? Nahhhhh guess my house wont look that way anytime soon!

I love Pottery Barn too, there just isn't anything there right now that I'm interested in.

I looked online at The Great Indoors - that place looks amazing!!! Looks like I have another reason to convince my girlfriends to drive to Schaumburg, besides going into an Ikea for the first time.

I usually buy stuff when my sister-in-law has her Home Interiors parties.

But I've recently discovered Gander Mountain - a sporting goods store yes, but they have some very nice home stuff if you're into the rugged outdoorsy stuff.:D

For smaller decorative accessories, I've become addicted to Southern Living at Home and need to have my own party instead of spending gobs of $$ at my co-workers' parties. Their stuff is really neat. It's a home party/consultant type business branch of the magazine company. You can check them out online @ Southernlivingathome.com.

PS -- DVSFamily41801 -- what a beautiful picture!

Pier 1, Bed, Bath and Beoynd, Pottery Barn and Williams-Sonoma for the kitchen. Target also has some really cute home decor lines seasonally.
