Where do you see the AP Hotel Discounts?

How do you find what the AP Discounts for the hotels will be, for a trip you are planning? Trying to justify getting an AP--so like to see what we will save on the hotels--to take that savings into consideration. I can't find anywhere on the USF page that shows the exact savings for the hotels?

Wow. Their are better rates there than when I click on AP rates on the main website. Neither had AP rates for my trip, but that link had "stay more save more", and the main site did not?!

Only problem is I click on Surfside, and when I pick the rate it changes to dockside

Not sure when your trip is, AP rates sometimes aren’t out until 4 months ahead. You can see them from the link posted above. You can book an AP rate before buying an AP, so you can wait to decide to purchase one until see the rates/until you arrive.

AP rates are out for until January 5.

They don’t always have AP rates for every room class in each hotel. As an example Royal Pacific is their convention hotel, add those sold out block of rooms and RP’s regular rooms usually being the cheapest of the deluxe and there are times RP may not need to offer AP discounts on regular rooms.

I use a trick that has always gotten me an “in the ballpark” nightly rate if I want to check and see what “ballpark” rate will be months out. Check the nightly rate for Savvy Traveler for 7 plus nights. (You may not be staying the full 7 nights but that is the way to see the nightly rate) The AP nightly rate will be a bit less.
