Where do you pick up will-call tickets?

Can you pick them up at your resort or strictly at parks?

We have had our MNSSHP tickets held at will call for us. Previously we were only able to pick them up at the park. Last year (or maybe two years ago?) they started letting people pick them up at the resort. This is much more convenient.

You can pick them up at any WDW ticket window anywhere on property - the parks, DTD, or your resort.
