Where do you keep an eye on flight prices?

I'm getting to the point where I need to find an airfare deal. I have booked directly with SW and Continental in the past, but I know some of the ticket sites can check a range of airports and carriers faster. I used to use kayak.com but it's annoying the heck out of me with all those other windows... Any suggestions? I keep hoping for a miracle and checking the AC and WJ email deals, but I just can't think of $2500 for 4 from Halifax as a deal when my last trip was less than $500 for 4 from Manchester NH...

I noticed that many of the sites, like expedia/kayak etc, would not show SWA, so I gave up looking there. I just book directly through SW now.

Good luck.

When you use Kayak you have the option to uncheck the boxes that open the other windows. I hate them too because I have no interest in using priceline or expedia. I prefer to make my own bookings directly with the carrier.

I use ITA fare software and it gives the options of all the flights and then i can go directly to the airlines website and check it out.......i also use expedia as a guide to the airline prices but then book thru the airline website....
