Where do you find "Boutique" Designs for tank tops

I saw some picks on another site of a tank top someone designed the listed it as boutique. Looked like they used fabric tape to secure ribbons, maybe some iron ons etc. really cute. My teenage daughter would love these. I have looked on here and couldn't find any pics or directions, is it somewhere else on this site or another forum? I can't sew but I can cut, glue, print and iron, LOL.

On the family board there is a very active thread for boutique/custom clothes that are sewn....different than the graphic designs that are on this board. There are some very talented seamstresses out there!!!!! Have a look. Sorry I don't know hoe to post the link.
