We are looking for a villa for 2015.
It will be our first time in a villa.
Wondering what's the best site to look at that has good reviews etc.

Also what areas do you like to stay at?

I am very very nervous about booking a villa so need advice, recommendations etc.

Thanks. :-)

booked through Homeaway.co.uk - once you book with the owner you register your booking to them and they guarentee you a refund if the owners go bust or anything. The villa we always try and book first is in westridge it is beautiful and is only £325 evey week of the year (+70 pool heat). We first booked it 4 years ago so its been under the same owners for at least all that time- however, the last twice we have tried it has alreay been booked - but never mind we did the free dining because of that :thumbsup2). If we were to go back even when free didning is on we would still book this for at least 1 week out of the two - we just loved the villa more than on site- but couldn't resist at leat one week of free dining

Not sure if I am allowed to give any more detail about which one on here, so message me if you want more info..

I do remember that there is away to go onto the local area registration and check that the owners aren't about to go under (many are at the moment) - ie check that everything is paid up to date and that the villa is not up for sale - we did this check on the villa in westridge years ago but as we try and use the same one we haven't rechecked it - and I can't remember how to do it - but I'm sure some will do on here.

Westridge to disney = 20 mins to universal = 30-40/mins

Many years ago we rented a villa out the other side of Kiss way out boogy creek way - good links into disney - but I would not recomend that area at all - bit downbeet

I've not booked before, but if we do it'd be my neighbours villa as I know he's trustworthy and he goes out a lot to maintain it etc.

Not sure I'm allowed to post links etc as it might class as advertising, but it's 5 mins from Disney (Indian Creek) and has 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins) and 3 bathrooms.

PM me if you'd like his contact details and the website link to have a look.

Ours is booked through villainorlando.net they over 130 villas to choose from
