Where exactly do we go to get fast passes for rides? We're going December 8-17, should we even need one during those times???
Thanks
Karen

The FP machines are located near the entrance of each ride. Find the signs that say FastPass distribution and that's where they are.

There are always rides that you should get FPs for even during slow times. The big attractions like Soarin', TestTrack, Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan... I find those much more enjoyable with FPs, especially Soarin' as it's new and the crowds swell pretty quickly.

Fastpass machines are located near the entrance of the ride. there is usaually a big sign that says Fastpass with about 6 machines to get the cards. If you have trouble finding a Castmember will help. Check allearsnet for which rides have fastpass and more information. Depending on the wait for rides is whether fastpass will be open. We used in September and longest wait with fastpasses was 10 minutes (we did wait 20 minute for shows).

Also....is it one per party or one per person? We are 2 families traveling together.

it's one per ticket. Each person that has a ticket must have a fastpass in order to get in the fastpass line.

fastpasses aren't guaranteed. There are only a certain number issued per day per attraction so if the FPs are gone, they're gone. When they're gone, the FP machines will be turned off. Sometimes, when it's slow season, some attractions won't have their FP machines turned on because it may not be needed.

FPs are only guaranteed once you have it in your hands. Then it's guaranteed that at the time stated on your FP you can enter the FP line and bypass the standby line. Other than that there are no guarantees.
