I so have stopped shopping at Kohls because they would not let me refund this skirt I bought and when I got home it was too big!!! It made me so mad they would not even let me get a xsmall instead of a small!!! It might not seem like it would upset you but it did me, I even had the receipt it for no apparent reason!!!.

Like OMG I am such a brat!!!
