Where do kids perform?

My dds' dance teams are going to be performing in WDW in February. Does anyone know where Disney normally has groups perform? Is it in MK? Thanks

I'm sure your daughter's dance team coaches will know this answer, but I think it might be in Disney's Wide World of Sports. That is where groups perform competitions in cheerleading and dance.

The only other guess I might have would be in Epcot at the American outdoor theatre, where the candlelight processional was.

I'd place my best bet on the Wide World of Sports arena though. This is on Disney property, but not in a park.

In November 2002 my DD danced in the MK on the Tomorrowland Stage. It wasn't a competition though, just a bunch of dance studios performing.

The Tomorrowland Stage has been torn down, so the Magic Music Days program now uses the Galaxy Theater, right next to the Carousel of Progress.

Thank you for posting the trip report! We're really starting to wonder what it's going to be like. All the dancers are working really hard right now and some of them are as young as 6 so it's pretty remarkable how well they're doing. I keep forgetting to ask the dance teacher where they're going to be dancing and I know she doesn't have a time yet, so that'll be interesting.
