Have never sold anything online before and I don't even know where to begin. Have a Pal Mickey that was used on one trip, and want to sell him. Is Ebay the right place to begin? Looking to make a little money before our upcoming trip. Any advice?

I sold mine on Ebay for over 125.00 a couple of years ago - I would check and see what they are going for.

From what I remember the parks weren't updating the information the PAL Mickey gave out so a lot of it may be wrong or irrelevant. I don't think it'd be worth much with outdated info.

I checked on ebay quickly and see them ranging from $5 to one that was $99 buy it now. I probably wouldn't pay more than $20 for it because it'd really only be a plush toy to play with.

I just paid $70 for mine on eBay. While it's true that they're not being updated anymore, most of the old info is still correct.

What a timely post, OP. I was just staring at our Pal Mickey yesterday, and thinking I need to sell him. Got him, carried him around for a day at WDW, nobody wanted to carry him the rest of the week. Off to check Ebay. Any other sites people recommend?

Actually, I've been watching and they are going for anywhere between $50 & $125. The info isnt being updated, but it isn't outdated either. It still works throughout the park and is still quite cute and fun if you haven't used it before. My boys are just too old to use it. Thanks to all who posted useful information. :goodvibes

We took Pal with us in June and he didn't work anymore. We asked several cast members and they didn't know if they still worked. He tells jokes and things but wouldn't say anything else. They used to be activated at the turnstiles when you walked in, right??? Maybe we weren't in the right park where he was last activated.

The one that sold for $9.99 was listed as non-working. The working ones seem to selling for between $60 and $90.

According to wikipedia they don't work in the parks as of 2011.

I found mine if anyone is interested!:rotfl:

That's what I'm thinking!:rotfl: Mine has been sitting on the bookshelf in my computer room for the last few years, but still works. I didn't realize they were worth that much.:rotfl:
