Where do I pick up my DDE card???

I fear it will not arrive in time. We fly out on Wed. and so I have two more days for it to MAYBE get here. It was about 3 weeks ago that I ordered it. For some reason I am thinking the only place for me to pick this up or temp. card is at Epcot? Is this correct? Thanks.

That's correct. EPCOT Guest Relations. You need to have the DDE folks send over the temp card.

So should I call them Tuesday the day before we leave if the card doesnt' come in the mail that day???? Thanks

Cards are delivered around 5:30 PM M-F. I would give them a days notice. That way your card will be there waiting for you and you don't need to wait for the 5:30 delivery.

Thanks...I will call Tuesday then....I plan on picking it up Thursday afternoon around 1 or 2:00.

Remember to go to the Guest Relations located at the main entrance to Epcot - the entrance over near the International Gateway (near Beach Club Villas) won't have your card. I just picked mine up on Friday.

I called this morning and she checked and said my card would not be ready for another 3 weeks. I ordered it on July 23rd so she said I would need a temp card and to pick it up at Guest Relations at EC. I asked her if I needed anything and she said no just an I.D. so....do I still need to call on Tuesday or Wed. to remind them I am coming THursday afternoon? Or do they just pull something up in the computer and print off something for me? Thanks

Good idea picking up the card.....I ordered mine five weeks ago and still have not received it.

I think the DDE service is poor considering that Disney usually provides outstanding customer service.... When credit cards (similar imprinting to DDE) are lost they provide news ones within two days. DDE should not take longer than two weeks, but I am at five weeks and counting. Disney obviously outsources the card making and it shows.

What is the number to call to make arrangements for a temporary card? I am leaving Sunday so I will likely need to pick one up as well.

I just called the DDE number where I ordered. They are open M-F from 9 til 5 so you would need to call by Friday of this week. Here it is: 407-566-5858 Now she said I just need my I.D. but I will have my AP's with me too. I plan on calling tomorrow just to double check because someone said they don't deliver them until a certain time or something. I want to pick mine up around 2:00 on Thursday of this week not after 5:30. Good Luck.

They deliver the temporary cards once/day, at the end of the work day. If you want to pick up your card at 2pm on Thursday, call the DDE office no later than Wednesday morning so that your temporary card is delivered at the end of the workday on Wednesday. In fact you could call them tomorrow (Tuesday) if you prefer. I was told that Epcot holds on to the cards for a month before tossing any that were not picked up.
