Where do I input pin on WDW website

I received a pin in the mail and want to play around with pricing on the website. I cannot figure out where to input the pin. Normally I get pins through email with a click through link - this is my first regular mail one.

I think you have to call in when you get one through snail mail. Or at least that's the way it used to be. It's been a while since I've gotten one either through email or snail mail.

ugh. Thanks. I just want to play around with pricing a couple of different options. It isn't clear to me which hotels get which discount - it just says *up to* 35%.

Yep. It's frustrating. I'd guess the 35% is on deluxe and it would be less on the mods and values. I'd suggest playing around with dates and options on the website ahead of time so you know what the rack rate cost is before calling in. The first time I tried to book with a PIN code, the CM I was talking to insisted she was quoting me the cost with the PIN discount. The numbers didn't seem right so I didn't book, and when I checked, sure enough, she was quoting me rack rates. I called back later and got a much better CM who helped me book the discounted rates.

Thanks. That is weird though, I actually chatted with a reservation person on line, and she/he said the only way was to call. Strange that she didn't know I could access it.

Did you get it to work for you? I usually don't have any problems going through that link. I like to price out my own vacations too!!
