Where do I find the requrements for attire for each of the restaurants?

Q. Do any restaurants have a dress code?
A. Yes, the following Signature Restaurants have a resort casual dress code:
e Artist Point at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
e California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
e Cítricos at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
e Flying Fish Cafe at Disney’s BoardWalk
e Jiko – The Cooking Place at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
e Narcoossee’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
e Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts
Men: Dress slacks, jeans, trousers, or dress shorts, short- or long-sleeved shirt with a
collar or t-shirt required. Jackets are optional.
Ladies: Jeans, skirt, or dress shorts with blouse, sweater or t-shirt, or a dress required.
Not permitted: tank tops, swimsuits

There is one more that is not mentioned there. Victoria and Albert's at the Grand Floridian is the one WDW restaurant with a strict dress code:

Men: Dinner jackets with dress pants/slacks and shoes. Ties are optional. (Please no jeans, shorts, sandals, flip-flops or tennis shoes.)

Ladies: Cocktail dress, dressy pant suit, skirt/blouse or nice dress.(Please no jeans, shorts, capri pants, sandals, flip-flops or tennis shoes.)

This is going to be my first time doing the signatures and I was a little concerned about feeling underdressed. We're just jeans and shirt people. I've purposely planned my park days around my restaurant ressies, so there would be no need to go back to the hotel, change and then go eat (waste of too much time). Especially given the fact that I have two young kids, I like to stay in the park, have dinner, go back to the park, and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. I'm assuming I'm not in the minority here right?

You will certainly be allowed in with jeans and a shirt. You will see some others who wear the same too.
We feel that a Signature is a bit nicer than the average theme park restaurant. We always go back to our room, freshen up and dress up a bit. I wear nice capris, a fancy blouse and dress sandals, or a sundress. DH and DS wear dress shorts and sports shirts, and closed toe shoes. We find it makes our special evening feel more special.
Only you can decide how you will feel. I would not feel right in my usual park clothes.

starousse: You'll find others in park clothes at EVERY Disney signature restaurant. No one will give you a second glance. The dress code is not any sort of "requirement"--merely a suggestion as to how they would prefer you dress.
Keep away from what is actually not permitted in the restautant and you will be fine. And in case you were wondering, sneakers are perfectly acceptable.
