We just got back from our WDW trip on June the 5th. Well, to top off a very bad day my "friend's" 5 year old son broke my 2 year old's die cast monorail toy. It was his favorite and we had only bought two souvies for each of our boys because the trip was already a financial stretch for us. I am just so outdone about this and they never even apologized or anything. My heart dropped when I saw the cab completely unattached from the rest. :confused3

Where can I call and buy a replacement?

If it is like the one we got, the pieces can be snapped together again. We found out the hard way when they figured out how the pieces came apart. We just snapped everything together again and it seems to be fine.

eeyore- It is die cast and there is a way you can take it apart put the little boy broke the piece where it can be taken apart and its way too heavy to glue back. The little boy manhandled it. :(

Thanks guys for the replies. I am going to call the merchandising hotline. :)

I spoke to merchandising this morning and they are going to replace it. I LOVE DISNEY SO MUCH! :lovestruc :lovestruc :lovestruc
