Some of the other threads (what room do you own, who's your guide, etc) got me to thinking.
Where do DVC owners live? Are there more owners on the east coast of the US?

We live in NC.

We live in Salt Lake City which is WAY too far to Orlando! Even with the Delta non-stop we take, it is a very long day. DH hates the trip, so this year we are going to DL instead with dd4 and dd 6 months instead. I grew up in Boston so that is a much nicer flight down to Florida. We are keeping our fingers crossed for a DVC at DL!!! :wizard:

WE live in the very top corner of N.E. Texas. WE usually fly out of DFW. 109 days till we do it agian!

We live in Oregon, which also tooo far from WDW. The flights aren't going to keep us away, though! Now that we own DVC, we plan to come more often! :teeth:

too far for quick road trip - darn; suburb of Pittsburgh

Louisiana - not to far, we can usually make it in 10 hours. I hate to fly, so I suck it up & drive.

Maple shade, New Jersey. We tend to drive and make it a two day trip. (because of the kids ages 1,4,6)

the bustling metropolis of Washington, New Hampshire :goodvibes
we leave from Manchester, NH airport, usually Southwest, takes about 3 hrs straight thru.
Usually, long, cold, dark winters, seems like global warming has set in here this year :teeth:

Western Canada here and first ever trip to WDW is May8th-20th at Saratoga Springs, the countdown is on ;)

About an hour's drive from DLR on a good day; two or more on a bad one.

We purchased DVC-SSR sight unseen while at DLR. Without the purchase I don't think we would have ever made it to Florida. [After all, we've got the real park right here.] We've now been to Florida once (DCL Wonder and WDW in January 2006), have the Members' Cruise booked (Wonder and WDW in October 2006), and have booked the same combination (Wonder and WDW) in December 2007. Although we bought at SSR, stayed at OKW the first time. We'll probably stay at SSR in October, and December 2007 is completely undecided.

Our current flight of fancy is figuring out how to afford to bring parents and local sister/husband along in a Category 1 and GV in 2009....

Hey DisneylandGuy22, glad to see you're now a member, too!

Central Wisconsin here. We always fly out Midwest Express. If we drove it would take us 22 hours of non stop driving. So flying is the only way to go for us. 2 hours and 20 minutes we are there. Leaving in 4 days :cool1:

Pass Christian, Mississippi here. Tan hours door to door driving and 1 hour 40 minutes flying. :teeth: :thumbsup2

Massachusetts here...fly Delta out of Boston. :)
