Where do DVC owners live?

Ludington, Michigan right on Lake Michigan, about 4 1/2 hours north of Chicago. It's about 22 hours of driving to WDW, so we usually fly NWA out of Grand Rapids. There is one--and only one--direct flight to WDW, and it's 4:10 with arrival at 6:40 pm, five days a week. Tickets are about $300 each, and well worth it! :thumbsup2

Woodridge, Il About 40 min west of Downtown Chicago! We usually fly southwest and try to get down at least 2 times a year. Our first trip home is in 4 days and counting. I can't wait. We(myself, and DD9 and DD7) bought 250 pts at SSR and plan to use them all.

North Baltimore city Maryland nothing but SWA from BWI for us.

Alexandria, VA, which is a suburb of Washington, DC.

We MUCH prefer Reagan National to Dulles, and US Air has nonstops to Orlando out of Reagan National. But otherwise Delta and United are our airlines of choice.

Bucks County, Pa. We always drive. My DH won't fly. Our reservations always begin on Saturday, but we leave early Friday morning and arrive Friday evening around 7:00 pm (15 hrs) and then have to get a room for Friday night. I know it seems ridiculous but we've been doing this for years.

I keep hoping we'll stop on the way down.

I think that we are the furthest from WDW so far from this group. We live all the way up in Jacksonville, Fl. :teeth: It's interesting to read where everyone is from.

Western NY Just south of Buffalo
5 Minutes from Home of the Buffalo Bills

Northern California for us, just south of Sacramento. 425 miles too DL, but way to far from WDW.

Live all the way out in Seattle, Wa. Don't think you could get any further (except maybe Alaska). Have a great direct (ya!) flight on Alaska Airlines to Orlando. Long flight, yes, but at least not having to change flights, etc.

Gurnee, IL - half way between MKE and ORD so who ever has the cheapest flight - Midwest or AA - that's who we fly! In Jan flew from MKE, next Friday flying AA from ORD.

Can't even imagine driving it - DH and I would probably end up in jail, or less one dd because the other two did her in! 22 hours of "mom, she's touching me" would be 22 hours too many!

Suburbs of Phila. A nice train ride to center city and out where there used to be open space until all of the developers started taking all the land and woods to make bigger more expensive houses that leave more and more animals without homes so people can move from their six hundred thousand dollar homes to eight hundred thousand dollar homes. And they call it progress! Kind of a sore spot with me. Anyone agree? Anyone see your beautiful towns vanish right before your eyes? :sad2:

We are in Norfolk, Virginia, conveniently located midway between Florida and New York. Takes about 14 hours to drive to Orlando and I've done it a couple of times... but I don't think I'll be doing it again. The flight is only 2 hours and I can usually get some decent prices out of Norfolk International Airport on SWA or US Air. However, I think SWA is the only airline out of Norfolk that flies direct to Orlando.

If we get one of those nifty new hybrid cars, I might consider driving down to HHI for a night or 2, then down to Orlando for a week, then back up to HHI, then back home. That would help break up the road trip some...

Suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Home of March snowstorms!!! Usually drive - stop and visit family in Tennesee and Alabama along the way.
I'm ready for June!!!

West Chicago, Illinois. We can fly out of either O'hare or Midway, where ever we can get cheaper airfares.
