Where do discounts show up first?

When Disney does announce a new discount where do you find the news first? Blog? Website? Dis?

I look here and under special offers on the WDW site. I also get the newsletter from <am I allowed to say?> Well, the monthly newsletter and they send out another if a deal is announced by travel companies.

What a GREAT question!!! I usually check here first. I also go to the newsletter that the previous poster looks at as well, not sure if it is okay to say the name. I cannot wait until the summer discounts show up!
