I agree with going digital. I use Google Calendar and send invites to others when it needs to be on their calendars too, set up reminders, I use grocery IQ which can also be shared with multiple users. Everything is in my phone/computer. I need to make a list of some sort, I use my notes or task list. I even have a packing list app on my phone, although I travel much more than I used to so I no longer need a list.
