Where can you purchase a Rex & Lotso toy?

I have 2 nieces that want me to bring them a Rex and Lotso the bear toy back from WDW for their B-day. Have you seen either one of the 2 sold around the parks/resorts?

We have both, bought in Aug 2014 at Disney Springs. In the parks try the cart shop near Buzz in MK or the little shop near TSMM & the Buzz & Woody meet & greet in DHS.
