We had this done in New Orleans, but my aunt didn't get to. I would love to take her somewhere and get her palm read (near Disney). It seems I read you could do it at Universal but she won't be coming down until after we have moved to Disney.

Any thoughts? I'm not expecting much - what we had in NO was outstanding, but I would sure like to surprise her!

There are two "Psycics" on the Boardwalk across from Jellyrolls. I don't remember if they were both palm readers or if one did cards, but she probably would enjoy either. Peggie

I would check out some the Orlando and Kissimme Flea markets. I know they have them.

Okay tell your aunt to put her palm to the monitor.

She there?

Let's see,
You come from a family of more than one sibling
You have had a life with some ups and downs
hmmmm
I see a long lifeline but see these little breaks in here mean you will encounter some strife in the coming years but it will not be anything you cannot handle and see on the other side it is smooth sailing.
Watch your health especially in the area of blood, I cannot tell if it will be your blood pressure, or your cholesterol so watch them both.
I see a man in your life I cannot tell if he is a husband, friend or relative but he is very important to you.
Hmm I also see people younger than you a daughter or no wait perhaps a niece with whom you have a good relationship.

I just saved you 25.00.

Just teasing you, this stuff is actually fun. But what would be more fun is to get a book on palm reading and then see how much your reader follows the book.

Bella - you are a riot!!! We'll probably head to the BW - I didn't realize there would be any so close!

It's funny - the gal we had in NO was SHOCKING. My daughter had hers read first - she was about 8 at the time. She was carrying nothing identifiable and I stood behind her so she couldn't read my reactions. The first thing she said was that my DD was born near either Christmas or New Years - she said it could be either one - she wasn't sure but she felt her birthday was within a 3 or 4 day range of one of those. That set me back because she was born 12/29 - so she is actually inbetween both. She was telling her then that she loved to read (that's pretty vague) but that she was different than her friends because she read books several years above her level (very accurate - 3 to 5 years over her age level). It went on like that and she had her pegged. It was a blast!

She did my palm then and I felt she really was NOT accurate with my reading. Then we met up with my mom (at Cafe du' Monde -where else!) and I told my mother the different things she said - how people viewed me at work - how I prioritized my life etc -and how I felt she was so off target - my mother just sat and started laughing at me and said that gal had me pegged 100%.

When my aunt was in NO, her DH & her boys just scoffed at her for wanting to have it done and I would just love to do it for her!

I must say I do not put a lot of stock in palm readers BUT I do often think psychics can be on the money. Who knows. I do believe in precognition .
A few years ago a plane crashed on Nov. 11 the same year as 911. For a couple of days before my 13 year old kept after me about a dream he had. It had really bothered him.
He dreamed that a plane went down near some houses and a school. He told me what the houses looked like and how they were near an area that looked like a school he had attened.

I told him he was just probably thinking of 911. He kept insisting that he was not. He had never done anything like this before. Two days later the plane did go down, the area when it was shown on tv near a school looked exactly like the area around his old school.
I did not even pick up on it until he said, "Mom, that is what I saw in my dream!" As soon as I saw the picture I saw the houes near the school and even the school building it really did look exactly like the area he as telling me about right down to the dutch colonial right next to the school(we did not even live in the same state as this tragedy)I might add this is not a flighty kid who believes in any of this stuff.

So I do not scoff at anyone who gets their palm read. Have fun.

He must be a very open receptive boy!!! That's all you need - to be able to get 'out of the box' we live in!!

I won't go into details or you will think I am a flake, but suffice to say, there is a lot of stuff most people would never believe in that I do (and my son is starting to), including one that saved our life.

Jgates, pm me i would love to hear your stuff AND I am a believer too. I will not think you are a nut. Trust me. I bet I can go one for one with you on this one. Really!!

Bella - you have a length PM!
