princess costumes for a DD3? What shops sell them in the parks and do any Disney resorts sell them? We are staying at WL......Thanks, any info appreciated.... :flower3:

I don't remember seeing them at the WL, but I am pretty sure they had them at CR. There are princess costumes for sale in all of the parks: at MK they are on Main Street and in the Tinkerbell shop in Fantasyland, in DHS they have some near the Little Mermaid show and I am sure there are other shops too. I don't know about AK or EPCOT, but I am sure they have them there too.

I haven't seen them in the resorts either, but they do sell them at World of Disney in DTD and as pp said at the In Character at HS. The later sells only Princess stuff.

We stayed at the Poly in September (16 - 22) and they had a costume kiosk set up next to the gift shop on the 2nd floor. MNSSHP was going on a few nights during our trip, so I'm sure thats why. I was tempted to buy a minnie costume for DD but it was SOOO expensive!! I had seen the same costumes at the Disney Store before we left for alot cheaper. If you think you want one, I would reccommend buying the costume before you leave.

I plan on trying craigslist the week after Halloween. I'm hoping to pick up a Tinkerbell costume for my daughter. I don't want to pay full price.

thanks everyone.....I appreciate your help......My DD3 wants to be Jasmine so hopefully I will be able to find something......I am going to check my local Disney Store too.....I was wondering.....is there still a big shop at the Contemporary with these types of items.....I used to go there when I was a little girl and it was pretty awesome! :flower3:

Definitely try to purchase the costume before you leave and arrive at The World. They are realy over priced there....try a Disney Outlet store...and see what they have. For the future go to Disney shopping on-line after Halloween is over, and wait until they reduce the prices and purchase costume for the following year, that is a real money saver.

Definately purchase one ahead of time. The costumes in the park are very expensive and a LOT of little ones find them to be very itchy and want them off quickly! Not worth the $$$ you will spend in the parks. Search ebay or Craiglist.
