Where can we get noodles!?

Hi all!
Upcoming trip we will be traveling with a friend who wants noodles on her birthday (Asian cultural significance for long-life and good wishes, I'm told). I don't think she's too picky on specific kind of noodles as it was mentioned they have actually just done pasta in the past on a few occasions because it was easier. Anyone have recommendations on where in the World we can noodles as entrée (or even part of a meal) at a Table Service restaurant!? We love the Beef Noodles at Lotus Blossom and so I was thinking Nine Dragons but their menu looks like everything is served with rice (unless it's not mentioned or I missed it). We are open to park, resort, or DS locations. If we do pasta as a noodle substitute I'm thinking one of the restaurants in Italy...? Any other suggestions or ideas?

Skipper has a good noodle dish and Morimoto at Springs has a few that are excellent.. Not a lot to choose from in Epcot. But, if you go the italian route, slip out the back gate and go to Il Mulino.

Nine Dragons had a spinach noodle substitute when I was there in December. There are garlic noodles at Yak and Yeti in Animal Kingdom.

Sunshine Seasons has noodles or rice options as a QS, if it's just a matter of eating something with noodles for maybe a light lunch and then having dinner elsewhere.
Anywhere there are Asian inspired places, have noodles and don't forget Ohana of course!
My wife is Asian, so I know they have a lot of traditions. Ha

I was going to say both the Chinese and Japanese restaurants in EPCOT have noodles, but I think everyone else beat me to it!

Yes, but I’m not sure you can actually get a bowl of udon the way it should be prepared. They toss the noodles on the teppan grill, which I think is kind of weird.
