Disney Car Care Center- must rent from National, Alamo or Enterprise, free shuttle anywhere on property after drop off

Disney Dolphin Hotel- same companies, don’t think they offer a shuttle.

There are several car rental agency locations on Disney property. Most people only think about the car care center, this provides National, Alamo or Enterprise (all part of the same company). But Avis, Hertz, Budget, etc also have locations over on Hotel Plaza Blvd. Be sure to check them all for the best rate.

I am going to admit, we had the worst experience ever renting a car at the car care center. While definitely convenient that they pick you up at any Disney property, the line to rent a car was over 1.5 hours long due to having one employee working the National counter. It did not make for a great start to our day. This was in August, maybe they have their internal issues resolved by now.

I just rented a car from Car Care Center last week and had a good experience. I did have to wait a bit (maybe 15 minutes), thankfully not the 1.5 hours you described. There was only one person working when I was there, but things seemed to move quickly enough.

Have you had any luck selecting Dolphin for Enterprise? I haven't. I usually end up using Alamo anyway but Dolphin never shows up as a drop off location for Enterprise for me. Just the CCC.

Does the Car Care Center not have kiosks or the ability to do online checkin?

No, it's a 'neighborhood' location so it just has the standard check-in desk (in person). It's not like the airport with kiosks or the ability to check in ahead of time and go straight to the car.
