Where can off-site guests buy Magic Bands and have tickets added to them?

I know there's no real advantage or reason to having them if you're an off-site guest, but I also know my 10 year old would love to have one. We already have tickets that we purchased through the Disney website. Does anybody know where we have to go to buy the Magic Bands and have those tickets added to them? Can we do that at one of the water parks? We're heading to Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon our first morning since we have the "Water Park Fun and More" option.

I know at MK at TTC there's a shop on the far right of the ticket Windows's they sell them in there. They have a sign outside that says magicbands w/an arrow pointing inside.

They can be purchased in park and then linked to your account. You can use FP+ without it using the card tickets as far as I can tell.

You can buy them in Downtown Disney too.
