Where can I track the package I shipped from our resort?

The CM told me the package was being shipped Fed Ex ground but the tracking # I have is not valid at Fed Ex. Anyone know where/ how I can track this stuff I shipped home? The receipt is from Walt Disney World Mail Order but I couldn't find anything online. Anyone have experience with this? TIA!

I would suggest calling Disney World Mail Order and asking them. They are probably the only ones who can tell you exactly how the package was shipped.

How long ago was this? If it's still really recent, the tracking info might not be showing up in their tracking system yet (there always seems to be a bit of a lag) and it would be reported there as invalid until the tracking info is updated in their system.

The only other options I can think of are UPS and USPS. I'm almost certain that WDW doesn't use UPS, but if the tracking number you have begins with a 1Z, then it's a UPS number. I would also try the number you have at the USPS website to make sure it wasn't sent that way instead, but I think it's more likely that it just isn't showing up in FedEx's tracking system quite yet.
