where can I get milk?

We're staying at ASMusic in a family suite and will not be ordering any groceries. We will need/want milk in our room. How is the milk served in the food court? Does it come in containers or could I bring a pitcher to fill up? Can I buy a gallon of milk without leaving Disney property? We will not have a car or access to one, using Disney transportation only. Thanks!

I'm not sure if other options are available, but we'd buy a small container of milk in the morning from the food court.

You can also purchase a container at the resort gift shop. When we were at ASSp in September an 8oz carton was $1.29 at the Food Court. 16oz carton was $1.79 (I think) at the Gift Shop.

POP sold milk by the half gallon so I would guess that ASM food court would do the same. Be warned milk is expensive in Florida not just at Disney (they really don't charge much more than the Orlando groceries)

Um, how would Disney charge you for filling up a pitcher? They'd need to know the volume, etc, wouldn't they?

Milk is everywhere at Disney.
Every counter service has it.
Many of the snack places, the hotels.
They also do have whole milk.
The first time we went many posters said they only had lowfat milk.
We found whole milk everywhere too.

You can get milk in the gift shop. A half gallon fits nicely in those fridges. A gallon jug will be too big to fit.

All Star Sports' cafe had milk and soy milk in individual containers. On the dining plan, we could use a snack credit. Or, if we used the dining plan to buy a counter service breakfast, it included 2 drinks -- so we would get a juice and a soy milk. We used the refillable mugs for our coffee. We needed the soy milk because our toddler pretty much ate cereal and fruit, nothing else for breakfast. We brought our own cereal.
